Let’s Show That We Can Be SOW GOOD

Community Reminder: Sharing the Dining Hall

One of the ways we live our values is through small, everyday acts of respect.

This week we’re sharing the dining hall with other groups on campus, including the Blast Camp for teens. We’ve received multiple reports of SUUSI participants cutting ahead of, grabbing food from in front of or being pushy with Blast Campers in the meal lines.

Whether intentional or not, we ask everyone to be especially mindful when entering a line. Please wait your turn, be patient, and help create a welcoming experience for everyone using the dining hall.

We also ask that everyone treat dining hall staff with kindness and respect. They are working hard to serve hundreds of people each day, and a smile, a thank you, and a little patience go a long way.

Thank you for representing SUUSI with the kindness, respect, and generosity that make this community special.
