Each Core Staff coordinator should use this form to submit the names of all persons arriving early with their staff. Please include ONLY the non-staff people who will arrive early with staff, not the staffers themselves. Each web form allows you to list four names. If you need to submit information for more than four people, please submit another form (and as many forms as you need).

Please complete a separate request form for each task for which you are requesting volunteers. For example, if you need volunteers to decorate Serendipity on the Saturday before SUUSI and volunteers to set up the coffee house on the Saturday before SUUSI, please complete two separate forms since those are two distinct tasks, even though they're for the same department on the same day. This form should only be completed by Core Staff coordinators.

I hereby attest that the statements submitted on this application are true to the best of my knowledge. Further, I authorize the SUUSI Teen Director to make any necessary legal inquiry into my suitability to work with teens at SUUSI. I have also read and understood the Code of Ethics for working with Children and Youth in UUA Sponsored Programs (click here for a copy of the Code of Ethics), and I agree to follow it in my work with children and youth in the SUUSI Teen Program. I further understand that any violation of this Code of Ethics will result in the immediate cessation of my involvement with youth and teen activities at SUUSI.

We are always looking for new people to join our SUUSI staff family. If you would like more information about joining the SUUSI staff, please fill out the form below. Click here if you would like to apply for a staff position for SUUSI 2008. You'll need to create an account in the SUUSI Online Information System (SOLIS), if you don't already have one, in order to complete the application. All staff positions are fully volunteer, but you do get some or all of your SUUSI registration costs covered. If staff isn't your thing, there are other ways to get involved.
